Line Amlund Hagen
Norseman has some special challenges when it comes to logistics and resource management. As the finish of Norseman is 226 km from the drop off in the fjord, the organisation too has to move itself from Eidfjord to Gaustad during the day of the event. In addition, all along the route there's a need for manpower, equipment and supplies. In the Norseman organisation it's Line´s responsibility to make sure that the necessary resources are at the right place at the right time.
Line has done 7 ironman distances, including one black and one white t-shirt from the Norseman Crew races in 2007 and 2009. Her PB is from Roth at 12 hours 8 minutes. Line is a member of and competes for Sportsklubben Rye and she also has a key role in organizing Oslo Triathlon.
Her day job is in the energy industry - www.intpow.com. Long distance triathlon is her hobby and life really.
