Welcome to the Zombie Hill Camp at Gausta
Join us in the heart of Gausta for a long weekend filled with training, fire, adventure, learning, and inspiration. This camp is designed for people passionate about long-distance triathlon, Norseman, adventure, and good spirit. The backdrop of the camp is held in an iconic setting, with Mount Gausta in the background. Experienced coaches and Norseman veterans will lead the camp.
Whether you're dreaming of racing Norseman one day or want to grow as an athlete, this is where it starts.
All participants attending the Zombie Hill Camp 2025 will receive 50 X-Points.

What do you need to bring
Equipment for swimming indoors (including swimming goggles and swim cap)
Road bike or TT/triathlon bike in good technical condition.
Apparel for biking in sun, rain and everything in between.. The temperature in May can range from +5 Celsius to +18 Celsius.
Bike helmet, cycling shoes and accessories (spare tubes, basic tools, water bottles and nutrition)
Running gear (apparel, shoes and nutrition)
Important
All participants must have valid travel and accident insurance.
Bikes must be checked and serviced before arrival.
How to get there
There are several ways to get to Gaustablikk mountain resort. We have a couple of alternative solutions for you below.
Option 1: Train + Bus from Oslo Airport to Rjukan.
Book the journey that departs from Oslo Airport on Thursday, June 5, at 13:13 CEST here. The bus arrive at Rjukan 17:40 CEST. Transport from Rjukan to Gaustablikk can be ordered directly from Gaustablikk.
Book the return ticket from Rjukan to Oslo Airport on Monday, June 5, at 16:08 CEST here. The train arrive Oslo Airport 20:57 CEST. Transport from Gaustablikk to Rjukan can be ordered directly from Gaustablikk.
NOTE: Please check with both Vy and Farte regarding space for a bike case, as some locations may require a reservation.
Option 2: Train + Bus from Sandefjord Airport (Torp) to Rjukan.
Book the journey that departs from Sandefjord Airport (Torp) on Thursday, June 5, at 13:04 CEST here. The bus arrive at Rjukan 17:40 CEST. Transport from Rjukan to Gaustablikk can be ordered directly from Gaustablikk.

Option 3: Rental Car
If you’re comfortable driving and want flexibility:
You can rent a car directly at Oslo Airport (all major rental companies are available
there). The drive to Gaustablikk Fjellresort takes approximately. 3.5–4 hours (around 260 km).
At Gausta, ample parking is available, including electric vehicle chargers located near the entrance to Gaustablikk Fjellresort.
Tips:
Plan, especially if you are arriving late – buses to Rjukan don’t run all day.
Contact Gaustablikk Fjellresort to ask if they offer transport from the nearest bus
stop, in case the last part of the trip is tricky.

Price: 11,050 NOK per person for single participants. 18,500 NOK for 2 participants sharing a double room.
